In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within three (3) days after goods are received. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without an RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of submission.

Any NON-DAMAGE returns approved as an exception shall be returned at a customer’s expense (15% restocking fee may apply). We will NOT accept merchandise due to damages that were made outside of the given time frame.

Customers will be given the option of an exchange or store credit for future orders. Exceptions will be for issues due to manufacturer’s fault and are at the discretion during Donbel live selling.

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the website DONBEL.COM and Live Selling from our official page US BRANDED ITEMS BY DONBEL U.S.A. This return policy only applies for the items that were wrongly issued, defective, or damaged.

Online purchases made through our website are valid for return, or web credit within 3 days when and only an item is received wrong, defective, or damaged from the receiving date.

All items must be returned in re-sellable condition, unworn and original price tags attached.

Donbel U.S.A. is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your item(s).

  2. We DO NOT provide free return shipping. You may return your package using any shipping label you provide but you still must e-mail us your Return Form to notify us the package is coming.
  3. Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or poly bag of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
  4. Place the return label on the outside of your package. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
  5. Send us a message for our return address.
    1. Upon receiving your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise to confirm that the item is damaged, defective and/or the wrong item.
    2.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your web credit to be e-mailed to you. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you. If you received a paid return shipping label from, the cost of that label will be taken away from your total refund.

Purchase price of an item may change between the time the product is placed in your cart and the time of purchase. Putting items in your cart does not guarantee product reservation.

    Donbel’s website prices and Donbel’s live selling prices may differ. Prices shown in the website are final. Live selling prices are also final. Clients may not ask for a price differential when a product is already reserved and/or purchased.


    Donbel promotions such as “3-Day Sale”, “Daily Deals”, and “Donbel Deals” offer a limited number of discounts for item(s) for a short period. These promotions can be found throughout Donbel’s website. All deals are time-sensitive and orders should be completed as soon as possible.


    Tax rates may apply when purchasing from Donbel’s website. Tax rates applied to your purchase will be the combined local and state rates of the address where your order is delivered to.

    Items sold on that are shipped to California may be subject to tax.

    Items sold on that are shipped outside the USA may be subject to customs fees. Customs fee or customs duty is the tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The receiver of the package is responsible for the customs duties payment.
